Terms and Conditions

Deposits can be made in euros by credit card by post or over the telephone. We can also accept deposits by cheque in £sterling or in Euros. Deposits are payable as follows:
For stays of 3 or more nights : 100€ or £78 per suite
For 1 or 2 night stays: 56€ or £45 per suite
Please make your cheque payable to “Kercadic”. The receipt by us of this deposit is taken as an indication that you accept the prices and terms outlined.

The full amount of your bed and breakfast charges less deposit should be received by us not later than 3 weeks before the start of your holiday, to ensure that your reservation is secured. We will notify you of the relevant amount when we confirm receipt of your deposit.

Payment (in euros) for meals, wine etc. is due at the end of your holiday. This can be made in cash or by UK or European credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Please note that cheque payments in euros will be subject to bank charges applicable at the time.

Cancellations
If you cancel or shorten your holiday less than 3 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the full amount of the original booking will be due. If you cancel your holiday after sending the deposit but before the due date for full payment, the deposit will be retained to cover costs.

We recommend that you consider the various holiday insurance packages on offer, to provide you with cover should an unforeseen circumstance arise.
